The Florida-bred filly is out of the unraced Sugar Cake (Forest Wildcat) and from the same black-type rich family as Grade 3 winner Crackedbell (Private Account).

SEJANO (Posse), consigned as Hip 1142 by Sequel Bloodstock (Becky Thomas), agent, went an eighth in :10. The Kentucky-bred filly is out of the winning Sweet Tejano (Tejano) and from the same family as Italian Group 2 queen Capricorn Belle (GB) (Nonoalco). Sejano sold for $32,000 as a Keeneland November weanling. O & H Bloodstock, agent, also consigned Hip 1162, a bay filly by Deputy Wild Cat, who went an eighth in :10. The final two listed to have breezed the quickest furlong were Hips 1273 and 1276, both Kentucky-breds. The former, a dark bay colt by Orientate out of Violet Lady (Seattle Slew), was consigned by Ricky Leppala, agent. He is a half-brother to stakes winner Caballero Negro (Formal Gold) and three stakes-placed performers, and his second dam is Grade 1-winning millionaire Top Corsage (Topsider). The latter is a chestnut colt from the first crop of Cuvee out of the winning Wacissa (Boundary). Offered by Wavertree Stables Inc. (Ciaran Dunne), agent, the juvenile is a half-brother to stakes winner Courting Seattle (Doneraile Court) and sold for $40,000 as a Keeneland November weanling.
