Field tabbed as 4-1 choice in Oaks Future Wager The "All Others" (#24) option was made the 4-1 favorite at the close of the 2012 Kentucky Oaks Future Wager (KOFW) on Sunday. The betting choice includes all three-year-old fillies not listed as an individual choice in the wager. The field was the narrow choice over Princess Arabella (#18), an unbeaten daughter of Any Given Saturday trained by Bob Baffert. The chestnut filly broke her maiden at Santa Anita by 3 1/2 lengths on New Year's Day and returned on February 12 to take an allowance by the same margin. The only other two individual interests who closed at single-digit odds were Grace Hall (#10) and Eden's Moon (#9). Grace Hall captured the Grade 1 Spinaway Stakes at Saratoga as a juvenile and closed out her 2011 campaign with a runner-up effort behind eventual champion two-year-old filly My Miss Aurelia in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies. The Tony Dutrow-conditioned daughter of Empire Maker began her preparations for the Grade 1 Kentucky Oaks on February 25, just missing by a neck in the Grade 2 Davona Dale Stakes to 64-1 upsetter Yara. Grace Hall closed as the 8-1 third choice in the KOFW. Eden's Moon ran into Oaks contention with an impressive victory in Saturday's Grade 1 Las Virgenes Stakes for Baffert. The Malibu Moon bay filly broke her maiden by 11 1/2 lengths on January 8 and closed as the 9-1 fourth pick in the KOFW. A total of $92,476 was wagered for the 2012 KOFW, with $63,960 in win bets and $28,516 in exacta wagering. 2012 KENTUCKY OAKS FUTURE WAGER
