I tried to download something, but I did not get anything, why am I getting charged?

The charge is recorded to your account just before the file begins to download. In other words after you click on a specific product for the first-time, if you have authenticated (sent username and password) the charge is recorded.

Current technology does not provide us with a definite means to ensure that you are able to use the file you have downloaded.

If you ever have a file that will not work, or is not what you expected, please notify our Technical Support staff by telephone or E-mail, and they will issue credit for the file.

We recommend trying to resolve the issue with any file you have a problem with through the information available here and/or our Technical Support staff. Solving the issue soon will make your future experience with BRISnet less problematic.

Remember for any particular file, you will only be charged one time, so you can always try again if you think you have the problem figured out.
