Stable Alert Help Guide Important Note: Your browser must have JavaScript enabled. Adding a Horse, Sire, Dam, or Trainer 1. Select either Horse, Sire, Dam, or Trainer. 2. Place your pointer in the blank to the right of Name and click once. 3. Enter the name and click Add / Update, to add your entry. 4. You may use the same procedure for Notes if you choose. Notes: If no exact match was found; in the Name field, you will be shown a list of approximate matches. To the right of the name field is a down arrow button. Click the down arrow, choose the desired name and click Add / Update again. Trainer names tend to favor the last name first principle (e.g. "RICE LINDA" as opposed to "LINDA RICE"). Removing a Horse, Sire, Dam, or Trainer 1. Select the Horse, Sire, Dam, or Trainer that you want to remove. 2. Select Remove. Using the Clear and Print Lists functions The Clear function removes data from both the Name and Notes field. The Print Lists function allows you to print all entries in your list. Click Print Lists from the right hand side. Another window will open and give you 2 options; Print or Close. Click on Print to print your lists, or Close to close and return to Stable Alert. Adding a Race Alert 1. Select Race. 2. Select a Track, Race Date, and Race Number from the dropdown menus. 3. Once you have made your selection, click Add/Update to add your race. Removing a Race Alert 1. Select the Race that you want to remove. 2. Select Remove. Changing Your Delivery Options The options allow you to choose how often and how soon you wish to be updated. 1. Select the options you prefer. 2. Click the Update button. Definitions of Options Immediately: This option sends an email whenever entries or results from your list are found. Daily Summary: A Daily Summary is sent in the early afternoon and late evening, depending on the time frames and results option you have selected. The afternoon edition is a daily reminder of entries from your list running that day. The overnight edition will contain 48 and 24 hour entries and Same Day results.
