THE FOLLOWING WAS MY WRITE UP ON THE PICK OF THE DAY: Pick of the Day: #8 ZOSOGOOD Exits a career best effort last time out at Philly Park when the son of Malibu Moon middle moved into a quick second quarter, dueled from that point until deep stretch and yielded late, while 5 lengths clear of the show horse. That was his first start for trainer Bruce Levine, who now wisely takes advantage of this one's state-bred conditions for the first time in his career and spots him in this weak entry-level allowance. The cut back to 7 furlongs should suit perfectly. David Cohen picks up the mount for barn he has a strong record with. Wagering Strategy: Play # 8 ZOSOGOOD to WIN AND PLACE. Four unit exacta partwheel with 2, 4, 7. Reverse for two units. Two unit exacta with 6.
