| Race Summary |
|---|
BORDONARO away best of all, dueled off the inside, continued to alternate up
front into the stretch, larger advantage a furlong out under pressure, edged
away while constantly being showed a right handed stick. FRIENDLY ISLAND
alternated up front closest to the inside, could not match strides with the
winner inside the furlong marker, well clear of the others. SEMAPHORE MAN in the
second flight toward the inside, moved out a bit for the drive, could do nothing
with the top two the final furlongs, held sway for the show. THAT TAT angled out
for the drive, roused for the stretch run well off the inside, went evenly to
the wire. LEVEL PLAYINGFIELD last away, trailed, four wide into the stretch, made
little impact through the stretch. SANTANA STRINGS dropped to the inside midway
up the backstretch, saved ground in vain through the turn, came up empty in the
drive. RODEO'S CASTLE broke to the inside, steadied slightly along the rail
early, was never dangerous.
