| Race Summary |
|---|
BUSHFIRE broke sharp then was a bit rank when rated through the early going,
settled into the backstretch to set the pace while removed from the inner rail,
drew off leaving the second turn to mid stretch then was sharply roused to last
over SARATOGA DRIVE late. SARATOGA DRIVE made a middle move through the second
turn, fanned five wide out of the second turn then closed fast along the outside
late and was rapidly getting to the winner. CRYSTAL CURRENT was well placed for
more than six furlongs but failed to respond when set down. STOLEN PRAYER
pressed the pace inside for six furlongs then weakened. SANGRITA passed tiring
rivals. LOVE BOOT failed to threaten. TAYLOR MADISON rushed up into the first
turn but had little left after six furlongs. A. J.'S COAL BED chased four wide
to the second turn then faded. SUMMIT QUEEN showed little.
