| Race Summary |
|---|
STAR PARADE (ARG) sent inside to the early lead, inched away leaving the first
turn and set the pace a bit off the rail, responded when challenged in the
stretch, drifted in slightly under a right handed crack of the whip in deep
stretch but gamely inched away under good handling. HOLLYWOOD STORY angled in on
the first turn and saved ground stalking the pace, moved up inside then bid
along the rail in the stretch, steadied between the fence and the winner at the
sixteenth pole, swung out and bested the others. HEALTHY ADDICTION had speed
outside the winner then stalked off the rail, continued outside the runner-up on
the second turn and saved the show. NEW REGINA (BRZ) chased a bit off the rail
then outside a rival, angled in leaving the second turn and weakened. SANTA
CANDIDA (ARG) saved ground off the pace, swung out into the stretch and was
outrun.
