BRECON BEACON (GB) took the early lead and set the pace under restraint a bit off the rail then inside, fought back on the backstretch and final turn and into the stretch, could not match the winner but held second. RUNAWAY DANCER angled in early and saved ground chasing the pace, went outside a rival on the second turn and backstretch, split horses leaving the final turn and gained the show late. GOLDEN RAHY chased a bit off the rail then inside, came out into the stretch and lacked the needed response.
