Weight: Three Year Olds - 122 lbs. Older- 124 lbs. Non-winners of a graded sweepstakes in 2012 allowed 2 lbs. Non-winners of $36,000 twice in 2012 allowed 4 lbs. Non-winners of three races other than maiden, claiming or starter in 2012 allowed 6 lbs. Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. Preference to horses that have accumulated the highest total earnings in 2012. This Stake will belimited to 14 starters. Different owners have equal draw according to money earned. Second choice high earners of a same owner entry receive no consideration over a single entry. Failure to draw into the race will cancel all fees. The owner of the winnerto receive a trophy.
