| STAKES. 7 Furlongs Turf. Purse $100,000. New York Stallion S.. FOR THREE YEARS OLD ELIGIBLE FOR THE NEW YORK STALLION STAKES. By subscription of $100 due on or before December 1, 2007 with the following eligibility payments: $100 due on or before November1, 2008; $250 due on or before March 1, 2009; $350 due on or before June 1, 2009; $350 to pass the entry box, $400 to start. The purse will be divided 60% to the winner, 20% to second, 10% to third, 5% to fourth, 3% to fifth and 2% divided equally among the remaining finishers. 5% of purses won to be awarded to thestallion nominator. 122 lbs. Non-winners of a sweepstake on the turf, or three races allowed 2 lbs.; two races or a race on the turf, 4 lbs.; a race, 6 lbs. (Maiden and claiming races not considered in allowances). A trophy will be presented to the winninng owner. (If the Stewards consider it inadvisable to run this race on the turf course, this race will be run at Seven Furlongs on the main track.).
