Supplementary nominations accepted to the Ohio Derby of $1,000 due by Tuesday July 27, 2010, $500 to enter and $500 additional to start with $100,000 Guaranteed, of which 60% to thewinner; 20% to second; 10% to third; 5% to fourth; 3% to fifth; and 2% to sixth. Weight: 124 lbs. Non-Winners of $60,000 twice at a mile or over in 2010 allowed 2 lbs; of $60,000 at a mile or over in 2010; 4 lbs; of $60,000 at any distance 6 lbs. (MCOSnot considered in weight allowances). The Ohio Derby will be limited to fourteen (14) Starters, in the event more than fourteen (14) entries pass the entry box by 10:30 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday July 27, 2010, preference will be given to thosehorses having accumulated the highest lifetime earnings at the time of closing entries.
