Race Summary

SHARP HUMOR vied for the lead outside PRAYING FOR CASH around the turn, then responded when challenged by NOONMARK and prevailed in a game effort. NOONMARK stalked the pace, angled outside the leaders leaving the turn, made a run to reach SHARP HUMOR in the stretch and continued on with good courage while being edged to wire. COURT FOLLY unhurried after breaking slowly, saved ground around the turn, angled out and closed to be up for the show. IN SUMMATION chased the pace three wide into the stretch and gave way. BEACON SHINE chased the pace, then was checked from between rivals nearing the quarter pole and failed to recover. PRAYING FOR CASH vied for the lead along the inside into the stretch, then tired. ELECTRIFY rated in striking position off the pace, raced four wide on the turn and faltered. BEAR CHARACTER saved ground to no avail. YES HE'S THE MAN steadied twice in traffic on the backstretch and was not a factor. CITY ATTRACTION was outrun while racing four wide. CATCOMINATCHA was racing along the rail when he broke down on the backstretch and was vanned off. The rider of BEACON SHINE lodged an objection against the rider of NOONMARK for alleged interference on the turn. The claim of foul was not allowed.
