ALL-Ways 10.0 Standard ALL-Ways Patch
Instructions for Converting RACEDB.xxx files. This is intended to
solve conversion problems for RACEDB files with a Run Time Error
Code of 6 (Overflow).
1. Download the attached file into a folder. Remember the name
of the folder.
2. Go to the folder and double-click on the file name
(ALLStd10Patch.exe)
3. Select UNZIP when prompted.
a.Note: If ALL-Ways is
installed on a drive other than your “C” drive, you will need to
change the destination drive before clicking the UNZIP
button.
This installed the ALL-Ways patch into your Franfile
folder.
4. Make sure the RACEDB.xxx file is in your Franfile folder.
5. Start up ALL-Ways and click the large START button on the
opening screen. This will convert the file.
6. After the file is converted, go to the Handicapping Module
and enter the track code for the track. Click TRACKOK. Select the
most recent race, click RACEOK and see if everything displays
properly. Select the oldest race, click RACEOK and see if everything
displays correctly.
