- How am I billed?
Your purchase will appear on your July statement. Each plan is billed using a one-time charge. There is nothing to cancel.
- How do I access information?
Download products as you normally would by clicking the date for the track you want to download.
- Is Custom Card included?
Using Custom Card to generate files listed above for the tracks you've subscribed to is included in the subscription price. Custom Card for Flash Results, ALL-Ways files, Exotic Results, or Early Track Data is NOT INCLUDED.
- The meets have already started. Are plans prorated?
Because plans are already so deeply discounted, plans are not prorated for purchase after the start of the meeting.
- How do I cancel my plan?
If you purchased a plan in error and did not download any products then you can cancel your plan. If you downloaded products then you are committed to the meeting.
- Are data files included as part of the subscription?
No.
- Is pedigree information included as part of the subscription?
No.
- Is harness information included as part of the subscription?
No.
- Is DRF, Equibase, or Trackmaster PPs included as part of the subscription?
