| STAKES. 6 Furlongs Dirt. Purse $100,000. W.L. Proctor Memorial S.. FOR TWO YEAR OLDS. By subscription of $150 each on or before Thursday, July 3 or by supplementary nomination of $2,000 each by closing time of entries. Closed with 12 nominations. $1,500 additional to start. The owner of the winner to receive $60,000, $20,000 to second, $12,000 to third, $6,000 to fourth and $2,000 to fifth. Weight 121 lbs. Non-winners of a race other than claiming allowed 3 lbs. Maidens allowed 5 lbs. Starters to be named through the entry box by closing time of entries. This race will be limited to twelve (12) starters. Preference will be given to high weights based upon weights assigned as prescribed in the above conditions and adjusted for 'sex allowance'. Horses nominated to the Los Alamitos Futurity will not be charged the $150 nomination fee (Los Alamitos Futurity horses are not automatically nominated to the Willard L. Proctor Memorial Stakes).
