Monmouth Park announced Thursday that Triple Crown champion American Pharoah

(Pioneerof the Nile) is scheduled to fly in from California on Wednesday, July

29, for the $1 million Haskell Invitational (G1).

The race, scheduled for August 2, will be the first start back for the Bob

Baffert-trained bay since he became the first horse to sweep the Triple Crown in

37 years in the June 6 Belmont S. (G1).
