Baffert looking for second straight Los Alamitos Futurity

Trainer Bob Baffert captured last year's edition of the Los Alamitos Futurity
(G1) with Dortmund and on Saturday goes for a second straight victory in the
1 1/16-mile race. The trainer has both Mor Spirit and Toews on Ice ready to go
in the final 2015 juvenile stakes offering points via the Road to the Kentucky
Derby series of races.
Cross-country at Tampa Bay Downs, Li'l Meatball will be closing out his
two-year-old campaign in the Inaugural S. The track also hosts the Sandpiper
S. and Lightning City S. on the same card.
