Breeders' Cup, Keeneland unveil 2015 logo

The words "2015 Breeders' Cup World

Championships" in gold form a semi-circle over the top of the logo. The

foundation of the logo features a second gold circle pulling elements of the KA

wreath, with the words "Keeneland" at the top and centered between the words "Lexington" and

"Kentucky" in a purple ribbon bisecting the bottom of the mark.

A circular purple band surrounds the entire logo.

"The 2015 event logo incorporates the heritage and

tradition of Keeneland along with the excitement of the Breeders' Cup brand,"

said Craig Fravel, Breeders' Cup president and CEO. "There is great anticipation

and enthusiasm for next year's Breeders' Cup at Keeneland, and we are just as

excited to bring our Championships home to Lexington."

"We are so proud to share this historic moment with our

fans and the Central Kentucky community," Keeneland President and CEO Bill

Thomason said. "The anticipation for the Breeders' Cup at Keeneland heightens

with each exciting step toward Fall 2015."

Select official event merchandise with the 2015 logo on

assorted apparel items will be available at Keeneland starting Friday, opening day of the

fall meet. Merchandise also will be available online at

both the Breeders' Cup and Keeneland websites beginning in November.
