turf affair. The Cardinal drew 16 entrants, but only 12 distaffers will be

allowed to start.

DELTA PRINCESS (A.P. Indy), one of two uncoupled runners for trainer Bill

Mott, will likely vie for favoritism. The six-year-old mare is two for two on

Churchill's turf, winning both the Locust Grove H. (G3) and Mint Julep H. (G3)

this summer. Stablemate NOISETTE (Broad Brush) also merits respect, having

captured the Indian Maid Breeders' Cup H. last out and the Modesty H. (G3) two

starts back.

Bobby Frankel will send out MOVIE STAR (Brz) (Royal Academy), a Brazilian

Group 1 winner who exits a victory in her U.S. debut, the Navajo Princess S. at

the

Meadowlands. HUMORISTIC (Sefapiano) also ships in off a stakes score at the Big

M, having taken the Violet S. (G3) in her last start. Multiple Group 1-placed

SUNDROP (Jpn) (Sunday Silence) has faced top-class company throughout her career

and is a threat to break through with her first win stateside.
