I'm a Chatterbox (Munnings) swept the three-year-old filly stakes at Fair
Grounds over the winter/spring before finishing third last out in the Kentucky
Oaks (G1) at Churchill Downs. On Sunday, the Larry Jones trainee faces a
competitive group of seven rivals as he makes her return in the $300,000
Club American Oaks (G1) at Saratoga.
I'm a Chatterbox hasn't been seen in competition since the Run for the Lilies
on May 1, but three of her CCA Oaks opponents are exiting graded wins. Curalina
(Curlin) is one of that trio after taking her stakes bow in the Acorn S. (G1)
last out on June 6.
