Sunday's $250,000 Lady's Secret S. (G1) lacks any pre-race suspense.

HYSTERICALADY (Distorted Humor), a smashing 6 1/4-length winner of the Molly

Pitcher Breeders' Cup H. (G2) in her last outing, is a contender for the

Breeders' Cup Distaff (G1), and she towers over her five rivals at Santa Anita.

Trained by Jerry Hollendorfer, Hystericalady will likely show speed from the start

under David Flores. The Humana Distaff (G1) heroine finished a commendable

second to Nashoba's Key (Silver Hawk) in the Milady Breeders' Cup H. (G2) three

starts back at Hollywood Park and third to the same rival in the Vanity

Invitational S. (G1) two races ago. She won't face opponents of that caliber on

Sunday. In fact, the four-year-old's 107 BRIS Speed rating last time is much

faster than any of her challengers can run. Barring a huge surprise, Hystericalady

will add a second Grade 1 win to her resume.

BAI AND BAI (Falstaff) will enter in good form, recording a pair of stakes

victories in her last two starts, and we'll tab her to complete the exacta. The

Craig Dollase-trained filly has proven very effective at this distance

(8-4-3-1), and she's performed well since hooking up with Aaron Gryder

three starts back. Bai and Bai figures to be running late.

TOUGH TIZ'S SIS (Tiznow) has kept good company, making her last two starts

against Grade 1 rivals in New York, and captured the Hollywood Breeders' Cup

Oaks (G2) over Cushion Track. Her recent form makes it difficult to get too

excited about her chances, but Tough Tiz's Sis is probably good enough to garner

a top-three placing.

SPENDITALLBABY (Unusual Heat) has raced mostly on grass, but she did capture

the Fleet Treat S. over the Cushion Track at Hollywood Park in July. Trained by

Barry Abrams, Spenditallbaby might be more effective at a mile or shorter, but

she still merits respect on the bottom of the exotics.

FUN LOGIC (Miesque's Son) is facing a major class hike off a pair of wins at

Del Mar. She gets part often, so a top-three finish is possible, but we still

have some class concerns. SHE'S AN ELEVEN (In Excess [Ire]) will make her first

start in 483 days. We'll give her a race.
