New York commission absolves Saez of Travers misconduct
The New York State Gaming Commission has concluded its investigation into the
allegation that an electrical device was used by Luis Saez, the jockey of Will
Take Charge, in the August 25 Travers at Saratoga, and found that that Saez was
not carrying any sort of electrical device and that trainer Eric Guillot's
allegation was wholly unsubstantiated.
Guillot trains Moreno, who finished second to Will Take Charge by a nose.
