OBS Fall Mixed Sale catalogs 667

The Ocala Breeders' Sales Company's 2010 Fall Mixed Sale begins

a two-day run on Tuesday. A total of 677 horses have been

cataloged for the sale, with a Consignor Preferred session on Tuesday (Hip No.'s 1-310) and an Open session on Wednesday (Hip

No.'s 311-677). Both sessions begin at 10:30 a.m. (EDT).

The sale includes the complete dispersals of EMO Racing Stables and Westbury

Stables, both handled by Summerfield Sales, agent, as well as Phase II of the D.W. Frazier dispersal, (Lynne Boutte,

agent), and the Mane Place Farm

dispersal (Sue Vacek, agent).

There are 289 weanlings in the Fall Mixed Sale, featuring youngsters by

prominent sires Indian Charlie, Mr. Greeley, Congrats, Dixie Union, Stormy

Atlantic, Wildcat Heir, Candy Ride (Arg), With Distinction, Tale of the Cat,

Grand Slam, Lion Heart, Indian Ocean and Harlan's Holiday.

Promising young stallions with weanlings in the sale include Corinthian, Scat

Daddy, Circular Quay, Midnight Lute, Majestic Warrior, Belgravia, Heatseeker

(Ire), Tiz Wonderful and Cowtown Cat.

As always, the sale features mares in foal to young up and coming sires, with

Zensational, Pioneerof the Nile, Two Step Salsa, Colonel John, First Defence,

Benny the Bull, Old Fashioned, Dunkirk and In Summation included in this

category.

Mares in foal to proven sires Tiznow, Bernardini, D'wildcat, Awesome Again,

Tapit, Montbrook, Lemon Drop Kid, Speightstown, Kitten's Joy, Chapel Royal, More

Than Ready and Mineshaft are also featured.
