Fourteen sophomore fillies have been entered for Saturday's $150,000 San

Clemente H. (G2) but only 10 will be allowed to start in the one-mile turf test.

Top contenders include LOUVAIN (Ire) (Sinndar), MEMORETTE (Memo [Chi]), SALSA

BRAVA (Ire) (Almutawakel [GB]), SHINING ENERGY (Rahy) and THATSWHATIMEAN (Belong

to Me).

Louvain captured the Miesque S. (G3) at two and enters the San Clemente for

Hall of Fame trainer Bobby Frankel off a win in the Flawlessly S. at Hollywood

Park. Memorette has placed in three Grade 1 events. Salsa Brava is multiple

Group 2-placed in England and making her U.S. bow under the direction of new

trainer Jenine Sahadi. Shining Energy and Thatswhatimean are both stakes

winners.

The main field, in post order with riders and weights, is Louvain, Victor
