Storm Cat colt tops Fasig-Tipton Calder sale

French Group 2 winner Merce Cunningham (Nijinsky II) and the multiple
stakes-winning stakes producer Palmistry (*Forli).

Stables (Ciaran Dunne), agent, the chestnut is out of the winning Fred Astaire
mare Dancing Naturally and is a half-brother to stakes winner and Grade 3-placed
Indian War Dance (Cherokee Run). He previously sold for $300,000 at last year's
Keeneland September Yearling Sale.
The Kentucky-bred worked one furlong in :10 2/5 at the first under tack show.

Grade 3 victress Charm a Gendarme (Batonnier); and Hip

while the median price increased 25 percent, from $200,000 to $250,000.
