TwinSpires.com unveils $1 million Breeders' Cup Challenge
TwinSpires.com, the official advance deposit wagering service for Churchill
Downs Inc., is offering a prize of $1 million to a horseplayer who correctly
selects all nine winners of races in the Breeders' Cup World Championships run
on October 25.
If more than one player correctly selects all nine winners in the
TwinSpires.com $1 million Breeders' Cup Challenge, those players will share the
$1 million top prize. If no players correctly select all nine winners on October
25, there will be a secondary prize of 1 million Twin Spires Club points. Those
points will go to the player who selects the highest number of winners in those
races. The points will be shared in the case of a tie.
Players in TwinSpires.com's Breeders' Cup Challenge will be able make their
selections by visiting TwinSpires.com after post positions for the Breeders' Cup
races are drawn on October 21. There is no entry fee for TwinSpires.com's
Breeders' Cup Challenge, but the competition does require players to wager at
least $100 on either or both days of the Breeders' Cup World Championships on
October 24-25 at Santa Anita.
"Nine winning picks in the TwinSpires.com $1 million Breeders' Cup Challenge
will change someone's life," said Jeremy Clemons, vice president of marketing
for TwinSpires.com. "Players have many options for Breeders' Cup wagering, but
the $1 million TwinSpires.com Breeders' Cup Challenge provides a compelling
reason for players to choose TwinSpires.com for their wagering on those
championship races."
The Breeders' Cup Challenge is just one of the reasons for players to choose
TwinSpires.com for wagering on the year-end championships. TwinSpires.com
players also have access to free Brisnet Breeders' Cup handicapping information,
and can take advantage of Web site enhancements like TwinSpiresTV and
