Hobeau Farm's homebred SWAP FLIPAROO (Exchange Rate) took over in early stretch and cruised clear to a 6 1/4-length tally in the $140,000 Sabin H. (G3) at Gulfstream Park on Saturday. Settling in midpack early under Javier Castellano, the four-year-old miss reached the lead while hitting the seven-furlong mark in 1:24 2/5, and lengthened her stride late in a supreme performance. The Allen Jerkens trainee completed the one-mile event in 1:37 3/5 and rewarded backers with payoffs of $7.40, $4.20 and $3.20 as the 5-2 second choice.

Getcozywithkaylee (Zafarrancho [Arg]) was prominent from the outset but had no chance with the winner late. The runner-up was worth $7.20 and $5.20 and completed the $23.40 exacta ($1) at nearly 8-1. Classy Charm (Silver Charm) rated in last early and closed well to garner show honors another head back. The 12-1 shot was good for $5 while finishing off the $169 trifecta ($1). Sugar Swirl (Touch Gold) took a brief lead at the six-furlong mark but tired shortly after, ultimately sitting on the bottom of the $847 superfecta ($1) (3-7-8-5) as the 6-1 third pick. Even-money choice Oonagh Maccool (Ire) (Giant's Causeway), who led for the opening half-mile but had little left late in a disappointing effort, came next and was followed by Toll Taker (Bernstein), Grecian Lover (Friendly Lover) and Leona's Knight (Suave Prospect).

Swap Fliparoo earned her second graded tally in here, adding to a win in the Test S. (G1), and upped her career mark to 21-5-9-2, $573,903. The lass also owns a win in the Road Princess S., with placings in the Genuine Risk Breeders' Cup H. (G2), Nassau County Breeders' Cup S. (G2), First Flight H. (G2), Old Hat S. (G3) and Astarita S. (G3).

The winner was bred in the Sunshine State and produced from the winning Fliparoo (Buckaroo), who is out of Grade 1 victress Flip's Pleasure (Flip Sal).

"She had a nice easy breeze the other day where she didn't try to run off," Jerkens stated, "so now I'd like to try her in the (March 11) Rampart H. (G2)."
