Longines to be title partner for BC Distaff and Turf

The Breeders' Cup has announced its newest partner: famous Swiss watchmaker Longines. As the

official partner of the 31st Breeders' Cup World Championships,

taking place October 31 and November 1 at Santa Anita Park, Longines will be the

official timekeeper and watch of the event. The brand will also be the title

partner of the Breeders' Cup Turf and Breeders' Cup Distaff.

Longines will also present Conquest Classic watches

to the owner, breeder, trainer, jockey and stable staff of the winning horse in

the Distaff, Turf and Breeders' Cup Classic. The brand will also have a prominent

presence throughout Santa Anita Park with branded clocks and banners

decorating the course.

In keeping with the brand's motto that "elegance is an

attitude," Longines Ambassador of Elegance Simon Baker will attend the Breeders'

Cup World Championships and the brand will organize the Longines Prize of

Elegance competition on October 31 and November 1 to celebrate the iconic style

of the World Championships. With the help of celebrity judges, Longines will

choose the most elegant man and woman and award them each with a Longines watch.
