The trainer/jockey tandem of Chad Brown and Flavien Prat swept all four graded stakes on the Haskell (G1) undercard at Monmouth on Saturday. Their turf double came courtesy of Adhamo in the United Nations (G1) and Lemista in the Matchmaker (G3).

Along with undefeated Jack Christopher in the Haskell (G1), trainer Chad Brown has leading contenders in all the graded stakes on the undercard at Monmouth Park on Saturday.

Trainer Chad Brown won the Monmouth S. (G3) for the sixth straight year on Saturday, this time courtesy of Sacred Life. But in the companion Eatontown (G3), fellow Brown favorite Fluffy Socks wound up fourth behind Stolen Holiday, who aptly stole the race.

A change of venue, stretch-out to two turns, slower pace, and wider trip made no difference to Althiqa, who once again bested her Godolphin stablemate Summer Romance in Saturday’s $500,000 Diana S. (G1) at Saratoga.

Phipps Stable’s homebred Vigilantes Way was runner-up after a problematic start in the May 15 Gallorette S. (G3) at Pimlico. A sharper break in Sunday’s $165,000 Eatontown S. (G3) at Monmouth Park propelled the Shug McGaughey trainee to her first graded victory.

Odds-on favorites got the job done in the first two turf stakes on Preakness Day at Pimlico, the Gallorette S. (G3) and James W. Murphy S.

Tonalist’s Shape will return to the races in Friday’s $75,000 Hollywood Wildcat S. at Gulfstream Park.
