Six graded stakes highlight a dynamite 12-race program Saturday at Kentucky Downs on Saturday. The trainer/jockey tandem of Chad Brown and Jose Ortiz swept both stakes on Sunday’s seasonal finale at Del Mar. Regal Glory wired the Matriarch (G1), while Verbal rallied in time in the Cecil B. DeMille (G3).

Breeders’ Cup Saturday kicked off with a pair of rich undercard stakes featuring some of the most accomplished non-Breeders’ Cup starters in the country.

Imperador thwarted two-time champ Arklow in Saturday’s Turf Cup (G2), a “Win and You’re In” for the Breeders’ Cup Turf (G1), and Princess Grace extended her winning streak in the Ladies Turf (G3).

East Coast shippers swept both graded stakes at Del Mar Saturday, Pappacap in the Best Pal S. (G2) and Princess Grace in the Yellow Ribbon H. (G2).

Although the least experienced of the six fillies in Saturday's $200,000 Mrs. Revere Stakes (G3) at Churchill Downs, Princess Grace proved an old pro.
